"Writing gives me immense pleasure," Tammy has said. "It's fun, it's entertaining, and I love telling stories and putting ideas together, whether it's fiction or non-fiction. I don't agonize over the process of writing, or stress about the words I choose. It just flows. If it were a chore, or tedious, I wouldn't do it. I've been writing since the age of twelve, and it comes easy for me; as natural as breathing, sleeping, or eating. It's a hobby that turned into a profession, but when you love what you do, it doesn't seem like work at all. I'm not a best-selling author, but have been a professional, working writer since 2002."
She also wrote short and feature-length faith-based and non-faith-based scripts. Several have been optioned or sold, with four making it to production, and two to release, Foster Home, and The Legend of Hayswood Hospital.
