Hello Readers. I am a retired, after many years in the Clinical Research field. I always loved creating, so I nervously sat down at my computer, one day, and started writing, It is something I always wanted to do. Two years later, after many ups and downs, I am excited to have my first novel available for the public. It takes place, mainly, on Long Island, NY., where I have always lived. When I was five, my parents bought a new home on an old potato field in Bethpage, LI, along with the throngs of anxious families moving to and populating the suburbs in the fifties. Long Island was my home from then on. My husband and I married and settled into a new house in Suffolk County, in the seventies. It is there that we raised our two daughters. I consider myself blessed that my daughters also live on the island and have raised their families here.
